Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: July 17, 2026
1) SCOPE
This notice describes how W.W.J.D. Chat collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information. The service is operated from the United States, and service data is stored primarily in U.S.-based Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
2) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and sign-in records when you create or use an account.
- Profile and preference data: display name, optional faith or denomination preferences, conversation settings, parent or household rules, and other details you choose to provide.
- Chat and game data: prompts, messages, selected Bible figures or modes, AI responses, conversation history, game state, and safety signals.
- Guest and device data: a random guest identifier and preferences stored in your browser, plus standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, route, error details, and security logs.
- Optional analytics and advertising data: page and device events collected by Google Analytics or Meta only after you select the corresponding cookie category.
- Communications: messages and contact details you send when requesting support or deletion.
The age screen evaluates birth month and year on your device. We do not receive or store the entered birth month or year. The device stores only an eligibility result.
3) HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to provide accounts, profiles, chats, games, and saved history; generate and moderate AI responses; personalize requested settings; secure and troubleshoot the service; enforce our terms; respond to support and deletion requests; and comply with applicable U.S. law.
4) SERVICE PROVIDERS
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides hosting, authentication through Cognito, databases, content delivery, and operational logging.
- OpenAI processes the text and relevant settings needed to generate and safeguard AI responses.
- Google Analytics processes site analytics only after analytics consent.
- Meta Pixel processes advertising measurement only after advertising consent.
These providers process data to perform services for us under their own security, retention, and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.
We do not sell chat content, profile data, or faith preferences. We do not provide those categories to third parties for their independent advertising.
5) RETENTION AND DELETION
Profile and conversation records remain available until they are deleted, the related account or profile is deleted, or they are no longer reasonably needed to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations. Temporary game sessions expire automatically. Current application logging is generally configured for 14 days, and API or monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days. Browser-stored guest identifiers, eligibility status, and preferences remain until you clear site data. Provider records may remain for the periods required by the provider's agreement, fraud prevention, accounting, backup, or legal obligations.
You can use available profile controls or email info@continuewithlove.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We will take reasonable steps to verify and complete a valid request. Deleted data may remain briefly in protected backups until those backups cycle out.
6) CHILDREN AND TEENS
Interactive chat, account, and profile features are intended for people age 13 or older. Visitors ages 13 through 17 should use them with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Visitors under 13 may browse public pages but may not use interactive features or submit personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us at info@continuewithlove.com so we can investigate and delete it.
7) COOKIES AND CHOICES
Necessary storage supports security, sign-in, guest sessions, eligibility status, and privacy preferences. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and do not load unless you accept their categories. You can change those choices using the cookie-preferences control. Rejecting optional cookies does not block the core service.
8) SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections, managed authentication, access controls, and limited log retention. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit highly sensitive data, and protect your account credentials and devices.
9) U.S. PROCESSING AND ACCESS FROM ELSEWHERE
W.W.J.D. Chat is a U.S.-operated service. If you access it from another country, your information will be processed primarily in the United States. You are responsible for determining whether you may use the service under the laws that apply where you live. This notice does not claim that the service is designed for children under 13 or specifically directed to residents of another country.
10) CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this notice as the service or its data practices change. We will post the revision with a new Last Updated date. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@continuewithlove.com.
