Promise Pairs

Match carefully paraphrased biblical promises and teachings with their passages and original contexts.

Choose one teaching, then the passage card that belongs with it. Four correct pairs finish the round; four mistakes end it.

Read each passage in context. A word to a particular audience is not automatically a guarantee of comfort, wealth, or an end to suffering today.
