Joseph's Storehouses
Plan grain storage through seven years of abundance, then distribute it through seven years of scarcity.
In each abundance year, place two invented grain tokens in different storehouses. In each scarcity year, draw from the required route and one other house. Study all seven routes before storing.

The grain tokens, storehouse positions, routes, and score are invented puzzle rules, not historical quantities or logistics. The score measures only completion of this plan, never the worth of people.
